These cannons can be eliminated by zombie weapons, or the corn can be avoided.Īdded as of the Zomboss Down DLC, Cactus Canyon takes place in a suburban canyon town. These fire corn cobs towards the zombies base that stick into the ground and explode about a second later. The Tactical Cuke base will be defended by a few automated corn cannons. The Z4 cannot be defused, so Team Plants must do everything to prevent Team Zombies from planting these bombs. To complete the final base on Main Street, Team Zombies must plant Z4 on four beams under the Tactical Cuke. Plants can defend the lighthouse using anti-air cannons nearby. The lighthouse can only be accessed after zombies shoot themselves out of cannons towards the final base. Use various weapons on the glowing yellow stalk within the lighthouse to destroy it. To complete the final base on Driftwood Shores, Team Zombies must destroy the Mega Flower. These cannons can be eliminated by zombie weapons, or the wallnuts can be avoided. The wallnuts will instantly kill any zombie or plant they touch. These will be firing giant wallnuts down the hill towards the zombies base. The Mansion will be defended by three automated cannons. There are two doors to get into the mansion: one up stairs and one down stairs. These can be players or spawnable Zombies. To complete the final base on Wall-nut Hills, five Zombies must enter Crazy Dave's mansion.
The seventh base and how to complete the game will vary depending on the map. There are three different maps available for this game mode set at either day or night. The numbers of Plants and Zombies in the garden will be displayed on the capture meter at the top center of the screen. If there are three zombies and three plants, the garden will not capture. If there are three zombies and two plants, the garden will capture. The garden will only capture if more Zombies than plants are within the designated area. If the clock runs out while a garden is being captured, the game will continue in overtime until the garden is captured or until all Zombies are removed.Įach garden takes at least 40 seconds to capture. After every garden is captured, the clock resets to five minutes (5:00). This game mode starts the clock with seven minutes (7:00).
